Refund policy

We want every template to do what its listing says. If it doesn't, we'll make it right.

When we refund

• The Add to Grok Bot link on your order page does not work and we cannot fix it promptly.
• The template does not do what its listing describes when used as the setup sheet explains.
• You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount.

Email hello@botblueprints.ai within 14 days of purchase with your Stripe receipt and a short description of the problem. We will try to fix it first; if we can't, we refund the full price to your original payment method.

Change of mind

Because templates are delivered instantly, you agree at checkout that the 14-day cancellation right ends once delivery begins. We don't offer change-of-mind refunds after you have opened your order page.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent law where you live, including remedies for digital content that is faulty or not as described.
