What we collect and why

• Purchases. Stripe collects your name, email, billing country, and payment details to process payment and tax. We receive your name, email, country, and what you bought. We never see your full card number. Lawful basis: performing our contract with you, and legal obligations for tax records.
• Order email. Resend sends you one email with the link to your order page. Lawful basis: performing our contract with you.
• Order records. After you buy, we add your name, email, and order link to Kit, and tag you with the templates you bought, so we can help if you lose your link and tell you when your templates are revised. Lawful basis: performing our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in keeping your templates up to date. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Free templates. When you claim a free template, Resend emails you the link and Kit adds you to our list with a tag for that template, as stated on the form. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw with the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Wait list. If you join the wait list, Kit stores your email so we can send launch news and new templates. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw with the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Analytics. Vercel Analytics records anonymous page-view counts without cookies or cross-site tracking. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful.

Who processes it

• Stripe (payments and tax)
• Kit (newsletter and buyer records)
• Resend (order emails)
• Vercel (hosting and analytics)

Some of these providers process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Wait-list data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Your order link

Your order page address works like a key to your purchase. Keep it private. Anyone with the link can open your order page.
